At Graedance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, we offer a 30-day return or exchange window for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the jewelry back in its original Graedance gift box and protective pouch to ensure it remains scratch-free during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
